* This agreement is made between Client and Bar Star Divas on ______ of 201_
* Beverage service time will begin at _____ ends at ______. Set up of 1 hour and breakdown of 30 minutes are included in hourly fees. (5 hours minimum on all bookings).
* Rate is $___ per hour per bartender.
* A 50% deposit is required, prior to event. The deposit is to hold your date and guarantee your staff, it is NON refundable if unable to book your date with another event. Remainder of fees are paid in full on day of event.
* Bar Star Divas provides bar supplies, dispensers, all bins for chilling product, napkins, straws, linens, certified bartender and insurance certificates.
* Mobile bar(s) are available for an extra fee.
* Mixers, non alcoholic beverages, disposable drink ware, ice, garnishes are available for a extra fee per guest attending.
* ALL alcohol is provided by client. We will be available to offer quantities or suggestions of brands of alcohol needed
* Insurance for this event is for general liability. It will provide certificate by Bar Star Divas for property of venue at the time of services. Bar Star Divas is NOT responsible for the theft, damage caused by guests, loss of property, injuries or liability of persons attending this event. The insured certificate is terminated at the end of the event. Bar Star Divas is Serve Safe and complies to all liquor laws for the State of Colorado.
