Service Contract Example
* This agreement is made between Client and Bar Star Divas on May 5th 2020 @ City Park Pavilion for Reception of 150 guests.
* Beverage service times are; 3 pm to 8 pm. 1 hour of set up added in service fees.
* A deposit is required to hold your date. The deposit holds your date and guarantees staff, NON refundable if unable to re book your date. Remainder of fees are paid in full on day of event. Credit cards, checks and cash are acceptable, online or mailing options available.
* Bar Star Divas provides bar service supplies, water station, bins for chilling product, napkins, straws, linens, drink menus, certified bartender and insurance certificates.
* Mobile bar(s) are available for an extra fee depending on guest count and beverage choices.
* Mixers, non alcoholic beverages, disposable drink ware, ice, garnishes are available for a extra fee per guest attending.
* ALL alcohol is provided by client. Quantities and suggestions of alcohol needed for your celebration is complimentary for your event.
*Insurance for events is for general liability. It will provide certificate by Bar Star Divas for property of venue at the time of services. Bar Star Divas is NOT responsible for the theft, damage caused by guests, loss of property, injuries or liability of persons attending this event. The insured certificate is terminated at the end of the event. Bar Star Divas is Serve Safe and complies to all liquor laws for the State of Colorado.
*Total Fees for your event $200 Deposit=$100
*All parties involved in arranging this event have agreed to these outlined requests.
