1. This agreement is made between Client Name_________ and Bar Star Divas on ______ of 201_
2. Service time is starting at _____ ending at ______ this includes set up and breakdown. (5 hours min or flat fee if less)
3. Rate is $___ per hour per bartender.
4. A 50% deposit is mailed with check or given to Coordinator prior to event. NON refundable if canceled 72 hours before event. Remainder of fees are paid in full on event date at the beginning or end of event, where a completed invoice is presented.
5. Bar Star Divas provides shakers, ice bins, openers, spouts, mixology equipment, water dispensers, insurance certificates and charming attitudes in hourly rate.
6. There is a mobile bar(s) available for an extra fee, depending on guest count, for event, if requested.
7. Sodas, juices, disposable glassware, ice, garnishes can be obtained for a fee if requested.
8. ALL alcohol is provided by client or delivery service.
9. Insurance for this event for general liability is provided by Bar Star Divas for property of venue at the time of services. Bar Star Divas is not responsible for the theft or loss of property by persons attending this event. This agreement is terminated at the end of the event and no further liability will be held by Bar Star Divas. Bar Star Divas is Serve Safe and complies to all liquor laws for the State of Colorado.
